ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned at management's discretion.
- Maintain accurate records to assure consistency of product quality, compliance to regulatory agency requirements and documentation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) process.
- Maintain accurate records regarding product/process capabilities, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) situation and HACCP.
- Monitor (GMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Critical Control Points (CCP's).
- Must be able to learn all areas of the Quality Assurance Department
